(Swaad) 38 : 10
أَمْ لَهُمْ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ فَلْيَرْتَقُوا فِي الْأَسْبَابِ
Or do they possess the sovereignty of heaven, earth, and all things in between them? If so let them ascend step by step.
The Throne of the Impartial Lord of the universe is in Paradise. Then, if the disbelievers want to take them under their control, to possess them, let them ascend to the Paradise through a ladder. Since it is taught by the Lord through his Messenger that Adhikr is the Unbreakable Rope extended from Paradise to the Earth, no one can enter Paradise without holding Adhikr.
